The hotel’s location on the Nile offers stunning views. I enjoyed my time soaking in the sunset from my room. The buffet breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of fresh options. The staff, especially those in the dining area, were extremely helpful and made the experience memorable. However, it would be great if they improved the efficiency of the check-in process.

Amazing Nile views, fantastic service!

Exceptional river views from the well-appointed Grand Room added a unique touch to the visit. The attentive staff truly made the experience memorable with their warm service and helpful demeanor. The fitness center exceeded expectations with its vast selection of equipment and stunning vistas, making each workout enjoyable. However, the outdoor pool was attractive but went unused due to time constraints, somewhat limiting the overall relaxation options during my two-night stay.

The room had an amazing view of the Nile and even the pyramids! It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the daily bottles of water. However, the furniture looked a bit outdated and needed some renovation. The balcony was a nice touch but could have used a good cleaning. Overall, the room was cozy but showed signs of wear and tear.

The breakfast spread had me drooling! Seriously, you’d think you were at a culinary festival. Plus, the views of the Nile were simply breathtaking—nothing like sipping your coffee with pyramids in sight! The lobby vibe was warm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely incredible, super attentive throughout my stay.

They wanted me to cough up extra for the kiddos, which felt a bit off. Plus, getting the room card to work properly was a chore. every couple of hours, I was back at the reception like a hotshot—so odd!
